डिजिटल मार्केटिंग में पैदा होंगी 1.5 लाख नौकरियां

अगले दो साल के भीतर डिजिटल मार्केटिंग क्षेत्र में करीब 1.5 लाख रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होने की उम्मीद है। एचआर विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि कारोबार को बढ़ाने के लिए कंपनियां इंटरनेट व सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफार्म को तेजी से अपना रही हैं। इसके चलते इस क्षेत्र में रोजगार के नए अवसरों का भी सृजन हो रहा है।

विशेषज्ञों का कहना है कि भारत ऑनलाइन विज्ञापन, सोशल मीडिया और वेबसाइट डिजाइन सहित कई अन्य सेवाओं के लिए डिजिटल आउटसोर्सिंग हब के रूप में तेजी से उभर रहा है। मणिपाल ग्लोबल एजूकेशन सर्विसेज के कार्यकारी प्रेसिडेंट वी. शिवरामकृष्णन का कहना है कि कंपनियों और उपभोक्ता दोनों का फोकस डिजिटल मीडियम की तरफ तेजी से हस्तांतरित हो रहा है। जिसे देखते हुए 2016 तक इस क्षेत्र में 1.5 लाख रोजगार के अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे।

अनुमान के मुताबिक इस साल डिजिटल मार्केटिंग क्षेत्र में करीब 25,000 नए रोजगार के अवसरों का सृजन हो सकता है। ई-कॉमर्स बिजनेस के तेजी से विस्तार के अलावा इंटरनेट और मोबाइल फोन के बढ़ते इस्तेमाल के चलते भी मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है। हालांकि, नौकरियों की मांग के अनुरूप कुशल लोगों की उपलब्धता कम है।

त्रिवोन डिजिटल सर्विसेज के संस्थापक एवं सीईओ एल. सुब्रमण्यम का कहना है कि करीब प्रत्येक सिंगल ब्रांड ने डिजिटल मार्केटिंग रणनीति बनाई है और इसे कार्यान्वित करने के लिए वह लोगों की नियुक्तियां करने की जद्दोजहद से गुजर रहे हैं। कैरियरबिल्डर इंडिया के एमडी प्रेमलेस मचामा का कहना है कि डिजिटल मार्केटिंग के लिए कुशल और अनुभवी पेशेवरों की कमी है।

एचआर फर्म रेंडस्टैड इंडिया की सीईओ मूर्ति उप्पालुरी का कहना है कि तकनीक का व्यापक स्तर पर विस्तार हुआ है, जिसके चलते कंपनियों का अपने ग्राहकों और कर्मचारियों से संवाद का तरीका बदल गया है। इसलिए, कंपनियों का नए डिजिटल चैनल में शामिल होने के बढ़ते फोकस के चलते डिजिटल मार्केटिंग पेशवरों की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है।

मेराजॉब इंडिया के सीईओ पल्लव सिन्हा का कहना है कि डिजिटल मार्केटिंग सेवाओं के लिए भारत एक मजबूत आउटसोर्सिंग हब के रूप में उभर रहा है। कई कंपनियां अमेरिका, कनाडा और ब्रिटेन में ग्राहकों से प्रोजेक्ट ले रही हैं। रेंडस्टैड इंडिया के अनुमान के मुताबिक डिजिट मार्केटिंग पेशवरों का शुरुआती वेतन 4.5 से 5.5 लाख रुपये के बीच है।
